Circus is Liverpool's newest mixed use leisure destination, embracing the historic Lewis's building.
With an incredible history and an exciting future, the Grade II listed Lewis’s building has undergone sympathetic renovations and is ready for a new generation of tenants at Circus. For more information on the spaces available click here.
Liverpool Central Station adjoins Circus. The transport 'grab and go' hub has undergone a comprehensive refurbishment and provides a welcoming destination to the 16.4 million passengers who transit through per year. This marks it as the 10th busiest station outside of London (2019-2020, Office of Rail & Road).
Circus is at the heart of the City’s ambitious regeneration plans at Upper Central that encompass 56 acres of land being developed for transport, education, commercial and leisure use.
“The exponential growth of KQ Liverpool, along with the ongoing regeneration of Lime Street, has shone the spotlight on Upper Central. It represents one of the greatest development opportunities in the UK and, alongside Paddington Village, will have a major impact on the city’s economy, creating thousands of jobs, in science, tech, health, education, retail and leisure. The SRF will truly allow us to plan a world-class development, enabling Liverpool to continue to compete with any city in Europe.”
Colin Sinclair, Chief Executive of KQ Liverpool
